1. Not all of us are great photographers.
2. Most of us have pets.
3. Most pet owners/lovers would like to have access to prints of their pets, or access to products on which prints of their pets can be placed.
4. With www.petspics.biz you will be able to obtain a set of “digital” images of your pet(s) with one of the photographers who are registered on this site.
5. The basic service you are paying for is a set of “digital” photographs (minimum of 12) that are stored on a CD or other appropriate electronic media.
6. Once you have your photographs, they are yours to print using your own computer and printer, or if and when you wish, they are yours to use on a variety of products. The links at the right on this web site will give you a few ideas on how your valuable photographs could be used.
7. The photography agreement will be between you and the photographer registered on this web site that you engage.
8. Prices will vary from place to place, but we require photographers to register on this site who are willing to provide the basic service for a “fair” price. If you are a professional, semi-professional or a skilled amateur photographer, please go to the Photographers’ page on this site for further information.
9. As a client with your pet photographs stored on suitable electronic media, a set of 12 of them can also be published on our Gallery pages.

As I have mentioned above the cost of this service will vary with photographers and geographic location. However, all photographers registered with this site have agreed to keep their charges reasonable.

I shall give an idea of my costs below, by way of example.

If I am at a show (dog show) or whatever, and I have several consecutive clients, then the price per individual client would be reduced. If I have a long distance to travel, the price would be increased (particularly with the price of fuel these days).

My base rate is AUD$100 for the shoot. Generally I will take 20+ photographs. That will include 12 shots that will be published on you own page on Pets Pics Gallery site if you would like that. You will also get a CD of all of these pictures that you can print for yourself, or send to friends over the internet if you wish. Other photographers registered on this site will also publish 12 of your pictures on the Pets Pics Gallery Site if you so wish. They and I may well take more than 12 pictures, regardless of how many are taken, they will be available to you on a CD or other media for you to print yourself, or e-mail to friends or whatever.

In addition you can purchase any of the products listed on the pages linked on the right hand side of each page of this web site.

The fee for travelling to and from the shoot (your home or wherever) will be approximately $50 also if you live in the Brisbane/Logan/Ipswich/Gold Coast areas. However, this fee can be shared if several clients happen to be at the same location.
