Photographers You may be a professional, a semi-professional, or perhaps a keen and skilled amateur. The price that you will charge all clients for the service that you provide will be a fair price that has been negotiated and agreed to by both your clients and you. You are required to give you client a CD or other appropriate electronic media with the pictures you have taken of their pet(s) on this media. There will be a minimum of 12 pictures on this media, but there can be more if you wish. You will give the client permission to print and/or publish those photographs for their own purposes. And to use those photographs however they wish, including using them to have images placed on products listed on this web site. You will also agree that the owners/operators of this and the related Pets Pics web sites will have permission to use those pictures with or on any of our products and/or in any publicity, without further compensation to you. You will be solely responsible for providing the photography service to your client, and for collecting any relevant payments for that service. We want to keep the Pets Pics service affordable for clients, and request that you keep your prices fair and transparent. However, this is a price that will be negotiated between you and the client. There may be other variables here such as the client wanting to have several pets photographed, or maybe family members as well. Photographers registered with us will have their contact details listed on the Directory page of this web site. There will be an initial cost of AUD $10 to be listed on the site. This cost is to cover the time involved in setting up and publishing the listing. This fee will also cover the cost of being listed for at least one full year. Any photographers listed during 2009, will remain registered until the 31 December 2010 at no extra cost. Photographers are also invited to submit 12 pictures for each of their clients to our Gallery pages. After your initial period of registration their will be an annual nominal fee of AUD $5 to cover the costs involved with maintaining the galleries etc. If you would like your own page on this site. Details are given below: The directory page listing will have each photographer’s country listed in alphabetical order, followed by the States of that country in alphabetical order. For an initial set up and establishment fee of AUD $50, photographers can also have their own page on this web site. There will be no other charge for this page until 1 January, 2010. From that date a yearly renewal fee of AUD $10 will be required. This page can contain photographs, logos, text, examples of your other photographic areas of expertise and of course contact details, and a link to your web site if you have one. The link to your own web page on this site, will be via the last column in the directory listing for you. The web page will have its own URL, which you will be able to use on promotional flyers, business cards or letterheads if you so wish.
